Buying items
We are an online store and we only allow purchases using our website or the recently launched app. Any transaction made outside the said outlets will not be acknowledged. We will also not be responsible if anything bought outside the online store does not arrive.
All products sold at our store come with a product description and at least three images. Some of them are worn by the in-house models for reference. Not all products will appear exactly as they are on the photos as you might look different when wearing the said clothes, and the photos have been enhanced to look better.
Delivery
All items will arrive on the date range indicated upon purchase. You can track the order online through your account. We guarantee that these items will arrive on time as indicated. If not, call us right away for us to follow up your order. Our customer service representative will be there during office hours to respond to you.
Delivery fees will be charged depending on your location. You will be given the breakdown of payment before you finalize your order, and it includes the delivery fee.
Payment and cancelation
All payments must be done online. We do not accept cash on hand payments. Once your payment is completed, you will receive a confirmation email. Before you pay, you need to check the cost of the products along with the taxes and other charges. We will not be responsible if you did not check the amount and you paid more than what you expected.
Cancelation is not allowed once the item has been paid. Replacement is allowed under the following circumstances.
Let us know within 5 days after receipt of the order if you want to request for replacement. We will shoulder the delivery costs until you get the correct order provided that you did not wear the clothes and you return it using the original container, and attach the proof of purchase. We may provide discount if you bought the wrong size if you are a first-time buyer. It is not given to everyone.
Use of app
We have recently launched an app where you can purchase items that we sell just like what you are doing on our website. The same privacy policy and terms apply. The said app is compatible in both Android phones and iPhones.

Registration
All guests who wish to purchase the items we sell are required to register. The account will be saved on the database, and could be used for each purchase. You can also use the same account if you downloaded the recently launched app. To register, you need to provide the following:

Guests who want to browse the site for information, but are not yet interested in buying do not need to register. We do not collect information before allowing anyone to navigate the page.
However, we use cookies to track the behavior of the guests. Cookies will also help customers find the perfect options when shopping.
Privacy and confidentiality
Any information shared with us will remain private and confidential. We guarantee that the said information will be used only for the transaction agreed upon by the customers. The registered email address will receive newsletters and updates from the company. However, you may opt out of it if deemed unnecessary.
All transactions are made at our online store. Whether you are purchasing in-store items or items obtained from our partner designers, you need to do the transaction with us and follow our terms and conditions.
