What sizes do you offer?

We have the following categories for our clothes: XS, S, S2, M, M2, L, L2, FL, FL2, SFL, SFL2. You can check the corresponding measurements for each of the sizes on the category. The availability of the size is also indicated. We do not guarantee that your size will be available at the time of purchase, but we will try our best to restock as soon as possible.

Do you deliver anywhere in the US?

Yes. Delivery fees are applicable depending on your location. International deliveries will soon be available.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You will receive a notification as soon as your order is confirmed. You can also head to your Account settings to check the current location of your order.

What should I do if I did not receive my order as indicated?

We guarantee that you will receive your order within the time range that we have given. If you did not receive anything at that point, feel free to contact us. We will do our best to locate your order and send it to you as soon as possible.

What if I ordered the wrong size?

You can purchase again from the website and we will give you a discounted rate if you are a first-time buyer. Otherwise, you have to pay the full amount.

I did not receive the correct order. What should I do?

Let us know as soon as possible. We will replace your order with the correct one.

Is there an actual store I can visit?

No. We only provide orders online.

Can I send my order to a different address?

Yes. Please indicate it upon purchase. You may change the address every time you order, and corresponding fees will also vary.

The item I found last time is not available now. Why?

The item might be currently out of stock. Once it is back, we will update the website. However, some designs might be faced out. If you did not see it back on site after a week, it means that we are no longer selling the said design. We change based on the season and trends.

Is there a size chart available?

Yes. Feel free to check your measurements first and compare them with the chart before you finalize your order.

Can I leave a review?

Yes. However, not all reviews are published. We verify the authenticity of the account first before we accept the review. Also, only verified customers are allowed to review that specific item they purchased.

Do you accept models?
